A first consultation moves faster, and costs you less time, when you walk in with the right paperwork already in hand. Here is what we ask clients to bring to a first property meeting, whether you are buying, selling, or reviewing a lease.
- The full sale and purchase agreement or lease, including any annexes or schedules, not just the signature page.
- Title deed or Oqood certificate, if you already hold one.
- Any correspondence with the developer, agent, or landlord about delays, defects, or disputed terms.
- Proof of payments made to date, bank transfer receipts or a payment schedule from the developer.
- A copy of your passport and Emirates ID, or your company's trade licence if buying through an entity.
Having these ready means we can give you a substantive answer in the first meeting instead of a list of documents to send over afterward.
